As I’ve already mentioned, my hobby is collecting frames. I have various frames at home and in my office. My friends and relatives know about my passion and try to present me with new one any moments whether I have a birthday or St. Valentine’s Day. It is always a challenge for me to find a new frame. Lots of pictures in weird frames are hanging on the walls of my office. People just smile and never say a bad word about my hobby. Everyone has his own fancy or interest. I know a man, for instance, who is crazy about knitting. I don’t care if he likes to look for wool in order to make a sweater for his wife or daughter. Just don’t touch mine. Recently I have received a frame made of natural stone. It is a very unique pattern and worth seeing it. The frame resembles the moon in the dark sky – so bright and magic. It is a gift from my friend - he visited Brazil on vacation and saw it in the local shop. I fit a picture of my daughter when she was five year old into the frame. Be sure to see this picture on the table in my office. I have lots of photos of my daughter in her early age. She was a blond girl with curly hair and blue eyes like a beautiful doll surely. My husband left for another woman when Linda was only one. He has never seen her growing up, her first walking and her first words… . I don’t complain – everything is all right but sometimes I want him to see our Linda. She keeps fit – she is used to swimming and boating. And besides she never opposes my hobby and even tries to find a new frame for million pictures that we have at home and in the office. This year we are planning to visit our relatives in Alaska and I hope to find interesting frames in a new place. They say Alaska is a magnificent spot on the earth that amazes tourists from the entire world with its unforgettable views and climate. I will bring my camera along with me and take lots of pictures of Alaska.
